It's time to transform
your health

Is your health the priority?

Did you know that shift work can potentially take up to 15 years off a nurse or midwife’s life?

Nurses and midwives are the backbone of the healthcare system, yet they are at breaking point. Amid their dedication to patient care, their own health is sidelined, leading to burnout, fatigue, stress and illness.

74.2%

of primary care nurses have high levels of stress at work

69%

of primary nurses say they feel exhausted

72.1%

of primary care nurses suffer from burnout

5.8 mill

estimated globally nursing shortage by 2030

With longer hours and the increasing demands of nursing and midwifery, finding ways to manage your health is challenging, but prioritising your wellbeing means you can continue providing the best care for others.

It’s time to take the first step towards a healthier you!
